Upload a photo to Pet Thoughts (your first one’s free) or to one of the portrait styles.
Step 2: Choose “Send it as a card”
Pick your saved artwork above, or order from your result or account. Review the exact artwork, quantity, price and delivery before checkout.
Step 3: We print and post it
Pay securely by card. It’s printed to order and posted to your UK address, usually within 3–5 working days.

If something’s not right
- Damaged, faulty or wrong? Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you won’t need to send it back.
- Not arrived? If it hasn’t turned up within 15 working days of being sent, tell us and we’ll send it again or refund it.
- Changed your mind? Because it’s made just for you, it can’t be returned for that. Your legal rights are unaffected.
