How ordering works
Make it first. Then make it real.

Step 1: Make a creation.
Read their mind with Pet Thoughts (your first one’s free) or choose a portrait style.
Step 2: Pick the gift.
On your result, choose “Put it on a mug”, “Send it as a card”, “Frame it” or “Hang it on the wall”.
Step 3: We print and post it.
Pay securely by card. It’s printed to order with your pet on it and posted to your UK address.
Cards are always posted free. Anything else is £4.79 to post, or free when your order comes to £30 or more. We deliver to UK addresses.
The small print, in big letters
Made for you. Put right if it’s wrong.
Posted to your door
Cards are always posted free. Everything else is £4.79, or free on orders of £30 or more. UK addresses only.Damaged or wrong? We’ll fix it
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you won’t need to send it back.Made just for you
Because every gift has your pet on it, it can’t be returned just because you’ve changed your mind. Your legal rights are unaffected.
Nothing says “I love you” like the dog on a mug.
Your first Pet Thoughts creation is free. The mug is optional. (It isn’t.)
