What you’ll receive
Them, as you remember them.
One portrait in soft watercolour, made from your photo, so it’s their face, their markings and their expression. It’s yours to download in full resolution, and it stays private unless you choose to share it.
One credit is worth 1p. Add funds to your account from £6. The studio shows the cost of your selected finish before you create, including before you sign in.
Never charged for a portrait that fails. If it doesn’t make properly, its held credits are returned.
Your photo is deleted within a day. The portrait is kept for you to download, and nobody sees it unless you share it.

It can also go on a canvas or a mug. Every printed gift is made just for you, and if one arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll reprint it or refund you.

Which photo should I choose?
Any photo where you can see their face clearly. It doesn’t need to be recent or perfectly posed. The one you always come back to is usually the right one.
What happens to the photo I upload?
We use it to make the portrait and delete the original within a day. The portrait stays private unless you share its link. We never use photos or portraits to train AI, and we’d never use yours in our own marketing without asking you first.
Can I make more than one?
Yes. Each portrait comes out a little differently, so you can make a few and keep the one that feels most like them. Your selected finish determines the credit cost, shown in the studio before you create.
Can I make one for a friend whose pet has died?
Yes, with a photo they’ve shared with you or one you took yourself. Printed as a card, it’s blank inside, so there’s room for your own words.
